What this website is

This site describes the services of Easy Deal, a real estate investment company based in North Miami, Florida. Nothing on this site is an offer to buy or sell property, and nothing here creates a binding agreement. Any purchase is subject to a signed written contract between you and Easy Deal.

We are a buyer, not your agent

When we buy your property, we are buying it for our own account as a principal. We are not acting as your real estate agent in that transaction and we do not represent your interests in it. We buy property intending to renovate and resell or rent it, and we expect to make a profit. You are free — and welcome — to consult your own agent, attorney, or tax advisor before you sign anything, and we encourage it.

Where we provide listing services instead, a separate written agreement governs that relationship.

Nothing on this site is legal, tax, financial, or investment advice. Your situation is specific to you; please get advice from a professional who can look at it properly.

Offers and program terms

Offer amounts depend on the property’s condition, location, title status, and current market value. Closing-cost coverage, assistance with moving expenses, help finding a new place, and post-closing lease arrangements are considered case by case, are not guaranteed on any transaction, and apply only where set out in a signed contract.

Investment opportunities

References to investing with Easy Deal are for general information only and are not an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security. Real estate investments carry risk, including the loss of principal, and past results do not predict future results. Any actual opportunity would be offered separately and only where lawful.
