Easy Deal is based in North Miami and buys across Miami-Dade and Broward. We are a real estate investment company and a direct cash buyer — we purchase property with our own funds, renovate it, and either hold it or resell it. That is the whole business model, and we would rather state it plainly than dress it up.
It matters because it explains the trade honestly. We are not going to pay what a fully repaired house achieves on the open market after months of showings. What we offer instead is speed, certainty, and the removal of every step that makes selling exhausting: no repairs, no cleaning, no showings, no commissions, and no chance of a buyer’s mortgage falling through three days before closing.
Over 20 years in the same market means we know which streets flood, which buildings are facing assessments, which additions were never permitted, and what a roof actually costs to replace this year rather than three years ago. That local knowledge is why our offers tend to hold rather than get renegotiated.
Alongside buying, we run construction and renovation projects and we list property on the open market for owners the open market will serve better. Those are not side businesses — they are the reason we can give straight advice about which route is right for you.

We tell you when to list instead
A cash sale is the wrong answer for a well-kept house owned by somebody with time and no pressure. When that is the situation we say so, even though it means we do not buy it.
We show the reasoning, not just the number
An offer you cannot interrogate is worth very little. We walk through the condition, the comparable sales and the repair costs, so a disappointing number is at least an explainable one.
The number does not move
Agreeing a price and then re-trading it after an inspection is the oldest trick in this business. We price the condition up front so there is no reason to come back and reduce.
We do not sell your details
You are contacting the people who actually write the offer. Your information is not passed to a network of investors, and it is not resold as a lead.
No pressure, and no deadline on the offer
Nobody needs to decide today. Take the number away, compare it against a listing, talk to your family or your attorney. An offer that expires in an hour is a sales tactic, not a valuation.

Our team runs the renovations, which means our repair estimates come from jobs we have completed rather than a guess padded to cover the unknown.
