What we text you about

Our texts are about your own property and the request you made to us:

• Answers to what you asked us.
• Confirming a call or a walkthrough.
• Following up after a conversation with our team.
• The offer and the documents you requested.

We do not send third-party marketing, and we do not text anyone who has not agreed to hear from us in one of the ways below.

How you opt in

1. On our website. The offer-request form on /sell and /contact has an unticked checkbox. Ticking it is your consent; leaving it unticked still sends your request. The checkbox reads:

   I agree to receive text messages from Easy Deal (Husky AC Repair LLC) about my property and my request, including follow-ups and offer details. Message frequency varies. 2. On a call with our team. Before texting you, the team member asks:

   Is it okay if I text you the details about your property at [address]? You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, and message and data rates may apply.

   Your yes is recorded on your file.
3. By texting us. Text any message, or YES or START, to one of our business numbers. You get this one confirmation:

   Easy Deal: thanks for reaching out — you can reply here any time. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

What to expect

Message frequency varies with your conversation; most owners receive up to 4 messages a month per property.

How to stop, or get help

Reply STOP to any text from us and you will not receive any more. You get one final message:

You have successfully been unsubscribed. You will not receive any more messages from this number. Reply START to resubscribe.

Reply HELP for help. You get:

Your information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.
